CurrentProvide administrative support to the low vision optometrist:*Schedule appointments over telephone and for walk-ins*Follow up on telephone calls, emails/website/fax referrals and requests for information*Verify insurance benefits*Request medical eye records*Create patient charts and input information into Apricot Case Management Program*Update billing information into Practice Fusion*Follow up with referrals from doctors and authorizations for the Department of Rehabilitation*Collect any payments due*Send bills to billing company*Greet patients coming in to clinic
