Providing property services to TfNSW for the NWRL project. NWRL is the largest infrastructure project in NSW. The role included the acquisition of a significant number of residential, rural, commercial and retail properties including vacant possession of operating businesses and family homes.

Construction Manager responsible for leading Dublin Office of Kerry based Construction Company. Principle project was the construction of a commercial \ retail development in North Dublin.Eamon Costello (Kerry) Ltd is a regional based building contractor with projects ranging in value up to €25,000,000. In the role as Project Manager he was responsible for overseeing projects in the Dublin region. The role included liaising with the client and the design team as well as responsibility for managing the onsite team including specialist sub contractors while maintaining control over the programme and construction costs. During his time with EC Kerry Ltd the emphasis was on completing building projects to the highest standard within program.

O’Reilly Associates are a Dublin based property development company with projects in many regions of Ireland and the UK. In the capacity as Project Manager Paschal represented the company from the conceptual stage of each project which involved identifying and acquiring development sites through to developing potential uses. He was responsible for managing the design team activities, design development and the execution of works on site. He was also closely involved in the maintenance of buildings which remained in company ownership.During this period Paschal led the design teams to successful completion of the projects. The design teams comprised Architects, Structural Engineers, Services Engineers and Cost Consultants. Projects were a mix of commercial, hotel and residential developments up to a value of €30 million.
