In my time at StickyLock, I have been working on two separate projects simultaneously, a multiplayer FPS game called "Histera" and a golf game project, having the following responsibillities:- Manually testing features and bugs in build and Unity Editor.- Conducting various types of testing (e.g. functional, integration, regression, unit, smoke, usability, performance etc.) to ensure the quality and validate the expected behavior.- Bug board management, issue tracking and processing, in Jira and Mantis.- Analyzing player reported bugs to create concise internal reports.- Working with developers to investigate and gather information that would help them resolve issues.- Setup, documentation and continuous improvement of QA processes.- Strong communication with leads of other departments to escalate severe issues.- Assisting in validation of release candidate builds.- Along with: playtest coordination, test plan creation, test case creation, asset quality review, design documentation review and sprint planning.

In my time working in one of their departments, I had the following responsibilities:- Managing social media and event organization.- Organizing the team, preparing the weekly shift schedule and ensuring everything was running smoothly.- Good knowledge of the latest video games and market trends to obtain games that would be appealing to future and existing customers.- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues that would occur on the gaming PCs and consoles.- Managing finances and tracking supplies in Excel spreadsheets.
