• Provide Technical support as needed for production crew and perform general maintenance of Manufacturing equipment’s Completed daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checklist to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures for Pneumatic Machines which includes (ACG Tropical blistering machine, DPR 320 Blistering Machine, ACG Legend 1500 and ACG AF90T Filling machine, Dry Vacuum pumps, Empty Capsule sorter but not limited to Atlas Copco Air Compressors, Hydraulic Systems, Building Maintenance and welding.• Develops documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clean code to show and describe solutions. Creates and designs system specs, standards, and programming in order to prepare and deploy solutions.• Troubleshoot Equipment breakdowns and performed preventive maintenance to increase productivity with 60% break down elimination Adjust Machine settings to maximize performance and equipment longevity Investigated Equipment functions to diagnose faults and make recommendations to provide solutions.
