Limmud, a volunteer-driven Jewish learning experience. Limmud FSU brings together and empowers young Jewish adults who are revitalizing Jewish communities and culture in the countries of the Former Soviet Union, as well as in countries with Russian speakers around the world.Teams themselves are volunteers only. My role is to help them, guide their work and channelize their energy. I take care of the timelines and deadlines; plan resources, time and budgets; work with partners and suppliers; work with donors and sponsors; manage all the financial activity, reports and grants; internal and external conflict manage and problem solving; manage risks; oversight, lead, be in touch and help the teams to achieve their best results.Being already around 10 years part of Limmud FSU projects in different roles I’ve worked with projects on the different stages. Launching local and international projects; working with the teams with internal and external conflicts; work with “paused” teams; successful re-launching after the major step back in project’s dynamics.
