Pasha has been in film industry his entire life. Starting in lighting department on set, Pasha then became an award-winning cinematographer, bearing the CSC (Canadian Society of Cinematography) initials after his name. In 2016, Pasha also shot and directed an action feature "Black Water", starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren.The other side of Pasha is a tech-geek, and it has been present since Pasha built his first video camera model while attending middle school.In 2010 Pasha was in the first wave of early adopters of Red 4K RAW cameras, simultaneously building a super-computer that could play and colour-grade the 4K raw video in real-time.In the following years, as the industry quickly started shifting from film to digital recording, Pasha was in the avant-garde that established the workflows known today as "Data Management" in film production.Patriki-founded Toronto post-production facility PurpleDOG LightVAULT (formerly knows as Red Square Motion) has been around for nearly a decade and is a go-to boutique post house for many Canadian and international film producers. Pasha currently is a partner and oversees high-level business development.Since 2016 Pasha has also been involved in producing. In 2017 a collaboration with Raven Banner Entertainment gave birth to Hangar 18 Media, a production company that focuses on original Canadian content feature film and series production, while also offering production service in Canada for international producers, where Pasha oversees IP development and heads production.
