Our mission is simple: to offer fans a safe and exciting way to engage with the sport they love—without the financial risk.With over a decade of experience in sales and management at Lowe’s, I developed a strong foundation in leadership, operational strategy, and customer service. Transitioning to real estate, I became an Associate Broker and currently serve as the treasurer for the West Virginia Association of Realtors, a role I was trusted with by my peers. My background in these industries has equipped me with the skills to streamline processes, manage complex systems, and lead high-functioning teams.I have always been passionate about creating systems that enhance efficiency and foster growth. Whether in real estate, retail, or now in technology, I excel at designing processes that allow organizations to operate smoothly and effectively. This expertise in building efficient systems plays a critical role in the ongoing development of Pick ’em U, ensuring that we can scale rapidly and offer users an exceptional experience.In addition to my leadership in business, I have been involved in planning and leadership roles with the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) and the United States Disc Golf Championship (USDGC). I also serve on the executive committee for Ohio Valley YoungLife, where I contribute to the growth and outreach of the organization.At Pick ’em Technologies, we are pioneering a new way for sports fans to engage with their favorite games. Our patent-pending scoring system and emphasis on fan experiences—such as tickets to games and exclusive opportunities—set us apart in the non-gambling sports entertainment space. We’re not just focused on college football; we have plans to expand into multiple sports and leagues, making Pick ’em U the go-to platform for fans seeking safe, enjoyable sports gaming experiences.My journey as a recovering gambling addict gives me a unique perspective on the importance of providing safe alternatives for fans. I believe our platform has the potential to help millions enjoy the thrill of sports without the risks associated with gambling.
