An achiever, Pashvini is a Director of Xtolec Offshore. She obtained a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Irrigation & Water Resource Engineering. Her core expertise is in infrastructure planning, designing and project monitoring. During her carrier span of 8 years she gradually enhance her skills and acquired expertise in MEP Designing & BIM implementation.  She is an ambitious and enthusiastic learner with a commitment to deliver the Company Goals and Objectives. She is leading the teams of multiple departments. Pashvini is hardworking & able to perform under pressure, whilst still maintaining a good sense of humor and focus on the Project operations and deliverables to achieve the project objectives.  She has performed studies, modelling, analysis, and design in all aspects of water and waste water treatment using design software. She has been involved in all phases of projects; planning and preliminary engineering studies through design, preparation of tender documents, and engineering services during construction. She has successfully deliver various types of projects like Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Hospital and Industrial.  She hold a membership of Indian Plumbing Association (IPA), Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE). She has Comprehensive understanding of IS codes and specifications, CPHEEO Manuals, CPWD Specifications, National Building Code and latest software required for Designing of Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Systems.

• Responsible for calculating domestic pipe sizing / layout including cold / hot water.• Key role in designing for waste water pipe sizing / layout including west pipe, soil pipe vent & storm, invert level calculation for gravity & vacuum sewerage.• Accountable for coordinating with other Civil, Electrical and Mechanical service drawings.• Planning daily activities so as to achieve maximum output and accurate manpower utilization.• Key role in devising strategies to maximize equipment uptime, benchmarking performance standards and ensuring compliance to good engineering practice, safety & offer prompt services.

• Key role in domestic pipe sizing / layout including cold / hot water, hot water return and its circulation• Responsible for waste water pipe sizing / layout including west pipe, soil pipe vent & storm, invert level calculation for gravity & vacuum sewerage. Design for rain water harvesting, septic tank & grease interceptor. • Accountable for co-coordinating with other Civil, Electrical and Mechanical service drawings and preparing schematic drawing models of plumbing services water supply, domestic water, and drainage system. • Key role in drafting 2D drawings for using AutoCAD• Key role in planning daily activities so as to achieve maximum output and accurate manpower utilization• Responsible for conceptualizing measures/modifications in the operating procedures to optimize resource & capacity utilization multi-skilled staff to prepare for changing environments & emergencies.• Co ordinate with contractor & suppliers. Meeting with architect & clients• Site visit & inspection of contractor’s work. Giving daily reports to project manager

• Macro and Micro Planning of Narmada Canal Network – contouring, Prepare Drawings of Distributors, Minors & Sub minors as well as their L-sections. • Preparation of Land Acquisition Statements. • Preparation of CCA statements by VB Programming. • Structural Designing & Estimating Costing of various components of canal. • Preparation of final Report for submission to SSNNL. • Hydraulic & Structure Designing of following structures on canals and drain:• Head / Cross Regulator• Canal Siphon• Drain Siphon• Village Road Bridge• Cart Track Crossing• One way, two way, three way tail culvert.
