I am responsible about Intervalor´s operations in Finland and the Baltic. The job is acting independently and developing business with a good profitability. I work as a representative to international asset managers with developing their assets under management both building their brands. Work include also:- strategic and tactical business planning - budgeting - some administrative work plus reporting- manager selection and manager responsibilities- client service, sales and marketing- searching for business ideas, specially in private equity sector but also in general- recruiting local personnel- support the board and reporting to the main ownerA member of an Advisory Board plus responsibility organizing quarterly Advisory Council meetings.

Equity sales. Equity portfolio management with one of the bank´s equity portfolio. Trading with bank´s bond portfolio. Equity analysis. Planning private banking operations to start up in the bank both consulting IT support in investment services planning.
