My tasks also include marketing and sales aspects of groups products.From December 2014 to February 2016 my work in Isoworks Oy was all about ensuring my organization keeps the customer promise in multi-customer environment in the ICT field. This has included multiple responsibilities like following of the key performance metrics(SLA's, customer feed back, economics, etc), escalations, resourcing, subcontracting, customer contacts, project planning and management. This has already now been excellent learning journey from R&D world into more day by day follow-up management. Still a lot from the previous experience can be utilised in this new environment.From previous jobs, I have strong (14 years) experience on embedded software development on protocol software area in global, multi-national and multi-site organizations. Through the years my main area has been changing from protocol software testing and integration, from coding the test cases to network simulators to, planning and managing challenging customer driven projects. Over half of the period I have been working on project management, line management and cost center manager roles. I have had 10 to 18 employees in my projects during the years. Especially last 4 years (in Renesas and Broadcom) has included very active and close-to-customer project management, including getting reported issues solved within multisite and global projects. It has also included gathering and making of related technical reports to customer. As a project manager I am open and customer oriented, as an employee I am committed and conscientious.
