I am responsible for supporting the Data Analytics and automation work at ERM HK. My current project experience consists of:1) Health Analysis on Aboveground Gas Pipes of Town Gas and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply in Buildings : A data driven model to enhance Predictive Maintenance (PdM) of residential gas pipelines (Client : EMSD Hong Kong). - It was validated with 81% concordance index on test data, and HKCG maintenance records. - Awarded the ERM Global Recognition Award for Innovation for successful execution of this project - This Project also won the Bronze Medal in the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions GenevaMy work consists of:- Researching and implementing academic papers on applicable machine learning models for predictive maintenance within the scope of projects (Neural Networks, Random Survival Forests, Regression Models etc.)- Carry out schema alignment (matching and mapping) from multiple data sources (e.g. APIs, raw data files from clients/stake holders)- Implement Extract Transform Load (ETL) pipelines for raw data provided by Hong Kong government bodies (e.g. EMSD) - Build User Interfaces using StreamLit with embedded ML models to be deployed for end user.- Carrying out Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Data mining techniques (e.g. Random Forests, Clustering algorithms, LASSO Regression, PCA etc.) to identify useful features for models and carry out subsequent feature engineering- Obtain insight from incomplete climatological time series data (e.g. time series temperature, pollutant, relative humidity data etc.) using clustering techniques adopted from recent academic papers - Use NASA MODIS Data collections and Google Earth Engine API for project related feature engineering- Present results of EDA to project stakeholders and senior management of clients

IRESC is a specialist risk consulting firm for the oil and gas industry. My role at IRESC involves Web Development, Data Analytics and Performing Process Hazard Analysis. High Level Details of my work are as follows:- Extract, clean (find missing values, group data etc.) and produce data in required formats to be used in engineering risk studies of petrochemical facilities. (Skills used: Python, Pandas, Matlab) - Increase efficiency of data processing for engineering risk studies by moving from Excel VBA Macros to Python and Pandas based scripts (Highlight: reduced time taken for data processing in Explosion Risk Analysis studies from 3 hours to 15 minutes) - Build MATLAB Scripts to combine risk matrices to produce Individual Risk contours in Quantitative Risk Assessments. - Successfully convert internal MATLAB scripts to Python based scripts, to move from commercial paid software to free open-source software. - Responsible for building the Subscription Module for IRESC’s server-based Process Hazard Analysis software suite Haz360 TM focused on giving an integrated and flexible Process Hazard Analysis approach to clients in the industry. (Skills used: ASP.Net Core MVC Model, C#, MongoDB, jQuery) - Carry out CRUD Operations on MongoDB database using MongoDB C# Drivers and raw database querying on Command Prompt/ NoSQL Booster - Liaise with global Oil majors (Eni, Petronas, Shell etc.) on deliverables for engineering risk studies.

- Investigating the accuracy of the PC SAFT thermodynamic model in predicting the solute activity in the super saturation region pf crystallization.-Effect of activity coefficient ratios on nucleation rates in aspirin ethanol systems.Potential for the above project includes the ability to integrate the activity based super saturation ratio into the crystallization kinetic models which would enable us to control and predict crystallization rates more accurately. This would result in better control of crystal shape, size distribution and structure.

- Build leak frequency heat maps to be used in risk studies(QRAs) using MATLAB.- Improving the algorithm to used to calculate the probability of impingement due to jet fires by modelling jet fires using vertical crosswind, downwind, maximum crosswind and offset distances.- Developing the mathematical algorithm to calculate the angle of impingement of a surrounding vessel with a jet fire.- Work on editing project proposals and reports of different safety studies as instructed.- Draw specific sections of Process Flow Diagrams to be used in proposals and reports using Microsoft Visio.- Study Process Flow Diagrams and Plot plans to extract the coordinates of piping sections within LNG terminals.- Apply material balances and mass balances to verify the validity of flow rates and composition data provided by clients.

Period: 07/07/2017 to 28/08/2017- Validation of Colorimeter to be used in production process and the establishing of control limits for the appropriate color range in non marking rubber compounds. Establishment of control limits introduced a new and unique way for the company to regulate color of non marking tires and ensure color consistency of non marking tires.- Carry out Measurement System Analysis using Gage R&R analysis. - Using analytical software(Minitab) to carry out Gage R&R analysis and Run charts. - Administrative work to uphold needed audit standards.- Carry out studies and analysis on testing machines and produce reports on working principle and mathematical theory behind the machine, to be used by other personnel. (Machines include Moving Die Rheometer, Oscillating Die Rheometer, Tensor Check Profile and Mooney Viscometer)-Root cause analysis on rejected rubber compounds and rejected tires.

1) Involved with an organizing team to set up a conference to accommodate over 1000 delegates.2) Moderated debate within a committee having 190 delegates. 3) Extensive research on global events.4) Reach out to companies in order to secure sponsorship for the conference.
