I help Tecnotree to utilize container technologies like Docker and LXC in CI and CD. This sounds like DevOps - indeed that it is. This means that I have dealt with Jenkins build system maintenance and enhancements by maintaining build jobs, adding scripts (shell scripts) and monitoring system performance --> kept it alive. Virtual machine maintenance with VMWare, like VM setup and installation are also my tasks All in all, shell scripts (bash) and Python with Vim are close to my heart. Ubuntu and Mac OS X environments are must - they have terminal. And let's not forget Windows 10 it will have terminal too :)I have also worked with containers both Docker and LXC by studying how to migrate from LXC to Docker environment. The study was published internally for other teams as wellThis all (Jenkins, Bash, Python, Linux, Ubuntu stuff) happens using Scrum principlesMy Big Data analytics training has brought Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, MySQL and Hadoop to my computer as well. I was responsible of keeping Windows OS platform applications in great quality for Lumia devices. Constant co-operation with Redmond teams ensured that we all knew timelines and quality status. My tasks related mainly to error management. Our vibrant co-operation enabled to shrink the flow of critical errors and it increased applications stability therefore Lumia devices were highly appreciated by customers. The maturity status was reported weekly to the management and development teams. Our clear report received good feedback from the management.
