Throughout my career in Patria as a VP, Industrialisation and Services, I optimised the performance of operative actions of the organisation with decentralised functions. Throughout my career as Director, Maintenance, Repair and Operations, I orchestrated and organized maintenance and operations functions, developed and implemented schedules for assigned activities, and established work standards and procedures for maintenance activities. I evaluated and recommended appropriate equipment and supplies for maintenance and operations functions in accordance with established policies. I formulated budgets, monitored expenditures, and implemented strict policies to control the overall spend and minimise budget variance. I identified and deployed all available resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
