Throughout my career in Patria as a VP, Industrialisation and Services, I optimised the performance of operative actions of the organisation with decentralised functions. Throughout my career as Director, Maintenance, Repair and Operations, I orchestrated and organized maintenance and operations functions, developed and implemented schedules for assigned activities, and established work standards and procedures for maintenance activities. I evaluated and recommended appropriate equipment and supplies for maintenance and operations functions in accordance with established policies. I formulated budgets, monitored expenditures, and implemented strict policies to control the overall spend and minimise budget variance. I identified and deployed all available resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Throughout my career as a Production Director, I supervised the production of Armoured Modular Vehicle (Patria AMV), Indirect Weapon System (Patria NEMO), Armoured Vehicles (XA – PASI and Patria AMV), and Weapon Systems (CV9030 FIN). Together with my team, I completed production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. I oversaw logistics operations, production engineering, vehicle assembly, and welding workshop.
