I am a consultant with 20 years of relevant work experience, mainly in Latin America, in the public sector, private industry, and international organizations related to constructive conflict management and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG).In the last years I have worked mainly in the field of Conflict Prevention and Transformation, especially in the field of labor relation. In this sense I am also promoting the use of Restorative Practices as a mechanism and culture to prevent individual and collective labor conflicts, but also help resolve problems and post conflict improve the work community.I have a special interest in creating social change through CSR, but especially through Creating Shared and Value and Collective Impact.I have a BA in International Affairs and Economics from Vesalius College – Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Association with Boston University, and MA in International Relations from Brussels School of International Studies – University of Kent at Canterbury, and studies in conflict management and Corporate Social Responsibility.
