1. Provide operation and technical coaching to project managers and managers’ team in the area of assignment to ensure that 76 project staff achieve the project indicators and goal. 2. Contribution to the Programme’s Operational strategy and HI frameworks & regulations (Country operation strategy, HI policy, logistic and other policies by bring the needs of communities, staff and authorities for sharing a team and Contribute to the development of the Programme’s Operational Strategy, and to its implementation and annual monitoring). 3. 1. Programme Strategic Development 2. Technical Support: - Advise, coordinate & facilitate partners, volunteers & other key stakeholders to apply effective, technically sound interventions in agriculture, horticulture, livestock & natural resource sectors.- Ensure that livelihoods and climate change adaptation measures for resilience and increased food security are incorporated into the programme.- Develop opportunities to promote small & medium enterprise opportunities and inclusion of disadvantaged youth and minority groups, small holder farmers and other marginalized communities in market linkage of commodities and products.- Provide technical advice in support of women’s economic empowerment and gender mainstreaming.3. Partnership development and maintenance:- Build and support networks between key stakeholders (donors/other agencies/volunteers/partners etc) to strengthen programme impact. 4. Volunteer Support: – Work closely with other Cuso International staff to orient & provide on-going support to volunteers - Assess volunteer training needs and oversee the delivery of agreed learning and delivery of technical support. 4. 1. Strategy Development & Planning Develop and implement Area Development Program Design Document, in alignment with National strategy and goals according to agreed Partnership / National standards.
