He will focus on supporting the UAU Unconventionals business and will be co-located with the business. Paul will be responsible for the Lean Capability Build and play an integral role as part of the Unconventionals Lean Council. Paul will also have additional responsibilities for Shell’s Continuous Improvement intellectual property.
