I manage the cash flow, the budgeting and I am responsible for the redaction of the financial statement and the fiscal and legal area.

As Digital & E-Commerce Manager I was fully responsible for all the strategies related to the brands’ digital development and positioning not only related to the direct and not direct e-commerce channels, but in a wider approach considering all the processes, projects and operations related to the digital transformation of the Company (above all special marketing projects and social media environment).
