Ensure customer contract service level :- Monitor customers’ services against agreed SLAs and KPIs to ensure quality is maintained and improved- Provide the customer with a reliable and accessible point of escalation for all service and process related matters- Ensure that all issues are captured and managed to resolution within a customer specific Service Improvement Plan.- Develop Service Development Plans on key accounts.Protect, retain and grow profitable revenue on existing accounts :- Implement strategies in conjunction with the Account Management to retain existing business and identify new areas of development- Implement multi level contact strategy for all allocated accounts, specifically focusing on areas affecting customer service.- Hold regular service review meetings with all managed accounts.

Solution sales support for MW and WDM technologies in West Europe region- Identify and develop proposals and solutions to key telecom customers -Quotation (BoQ, definition of price levels and discounts) -Network design (MW and Optical link design)Business development- Seek out and follow new business opportunities in West Europe countries, guiding and supporting local interfaces- Collect marketing information and provide market insights Customer management- Routine meetings with existing customers for new products/features updates- New potential customers engagement- Workshops about MW and WDM technologies developments and future trends- Clarification meetings during RFx processBidding management (RFx response, offer management)Routine product management- Product roadmap (suggest new features and product developments according to customer feedback) - Feature strategy- Competition analysis
