• Manage and direct the resources within the delegated source quality representative;• Responsible for training and developing direct reports to analyze and solve problems;• Prepare inspection plans, instructions and procedures; Training on quality inspectors;• Analyze quality costs;• Apply fundamental statistical methods for process control in aneffort to improve the overall performance of the business and achieve Plant KPIs;• Act as the liaison between the Customer, AIRBUS and GEVEN to negotiate specification acceptance;• Work with customer representatives to sign off items as presented for final inspection and acceptance;• Ensure team direction is aligned to plant KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and morale;• Perform daily administration of resource allocation, time and attendance monitoring, daily problem resolution, daily log updates, checks of shift start:up and shift:end to ensure smooth production operations;• Participate in team efforts to establish and monitor customer relations, support strategic planning and deployment initiatives.

• Quality inspection in F.A.L. for delivery to the customer;• Issue EASA FORM 1 PART-21 SUB-PART G, EASA FORM 1 PART-145; F.A.I. (as per EN9102), MRB, Certificates of conformance;• Preparing and performing hold point, final, first article and functional inspections and participating in customer inspections during ship-set acceptance for compliance with design specifications and customer and certification requirements;• Checking manufacturing status documentation / preparing conformance documents;• Identifying and reporting deviations from the quality standards introduced, explaining and requesting corrective actions, supporting continuous improvement, preventing possible repetitive quality issues , recording quality problems in the framework of the regular and structured work meetings;• Ensuring operational surveillance (people, product and process) of delegated tasks. • Giving technical instructions to production staff with regard to quality related matters and technical support as certifying staff.• Reporting directly to Company’s Quality Manager and Managing Director.• Involved in activities related to Quality Assurance:Interface with ENAC and EASA representatives during surveillance Audits; Acting as Internal Auditor monitoring processes, and as External Auditor for consolidated Supply Chain based on auditing yearly plans and for new qualification purpose; Revising and Emending the Procedures and Company Manuals in compliance with Part 21 and Part 145; • Pre and Post delivery NCs classification as part of the MRB team; • Internal trainer on Human Factors for maintenance; Company Certification transition from UNI EN9100:2005 to UNI EN9100:2009 by means of major process definition, kpi implementation and monitoring.
