- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.- Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment.- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

-Preparing financial reports and presentations: such as cash management, financing costs, long term deposits, supplier payments, foreign exchange, financing limits and availability.-Monthly closing to different bank accounts with different currencies (ODA, Current accounts & post finance, etc.).-Prepare check payments adjustments (Notes payable cycle), journal entries & collection of checks.-Responsible for preparing and revising supplier payment plan and follow up accomplished and pending IDCs, Deferred payments, CADs-Ensure correct general ledger coding is used on all invoices and expenses.-Responsible for cycle of A/R (Collected checks) and cycle of retuned checks-Dealing with all banks applications such as letter of guarantee, remittance, bank transfers, cash & check deposit applications.-Follow-up tasks are completed on schedule.-Following up with all banks by mails and direct communications via mobiles or face to face meetings
