Over 25 years of professional experience in (both permanent and temporary) positions such as HR Director/Manager, HR/Organizational Consultant, Middle Manager and entrepreneur. I have developed a personal style of listening, empathizing and putting people in motion to support the business objectives. In all roles I have gained a lot of experience in coaching and leading individuals and teams, mostly acting in areas where the interests of HRM and Business management meet and communicating at all relevant levels.My ambition is to further grow in my role as HR(D) Leader with (global) end-responsibility in a changing environment where leadership, organizational and cultural change is highly on the agenda.I am generally characterized by (former) colleagues, former customers, friends and family as being: energetic, positive, intuitive, having a healthy sense of humor, honest, authentic, social and pragmatic.
