• Collaborate with Signature Programs Manager to execute the annual Signature Programstrategies with a particular focus on the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) and Company ofYoung Professionals (CYP) programs.• Responsible for the overall planning, execution and follow-up of LOT CYP events.• Work closely with the Signature Programs Manager to ensure sponsorship entitlementsare successfully delivered.• Coordinate administration of LOT and CYP Advisory Committees.• In collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Department, execute onSignature Program marketing and communications strategy.• Lead and coach LOT and CYP volunteers to successfully achieve annual objectives.
