Title has changed over the years but the responsibility remains the same. Primary focus is Accounts Receivable & Deduction Management. Support of the Order to Cash for Broker business. Leads team that conducts training & support within the customer service centers including review, creation & validation of training materials for cash and deduction processing including SAP System Procedures & Business Processes.
