To this end, I focus on organizing open discussions on various topics.As a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness meditation for several years, I've reaped the benefits of being present in the here and now and strive to prevent emotions from taking control. I believe that recognizing what's happening in our body and mind is the first and most important step to living a better life with less stress and greater focus.
