I'm a U.S.Air Force Presidential Honor Guard Veteran& a self motivated team builder/serial entrepreneur from Northern Virginia. My dad taught me responsibility with a lead by example mentality & encouraged me to invest 10yrs of my life as a 4th generation Milkman at Shenandoah's Pride Dairy. Shortly after my 30th birthday I decided to support my "wife at the time"&2 daughters by fulfilling my dream of being a salesman.Being a salesman &working for a car dealership wasn't the income at first but it was a life lesson&training that helped me become the business man I am today.From selling cars to learning the corporate world at AT&T&Time Warner Cable, I've become very well rounded&polished. Texas is 1 of the Highest per capita income states which means people make more money on average per person than anywhere else in the U.S so we moved in 2009.Shortly after separating from TWC, I started in the Roofing&Restoration business with partners. Later on that year we kept our focus on providing for our families, giving a portion of our proceeds to non-profits & hiring as many Veterans as possible.That same train of thought provoked the founding of Lighting By Veterans which is a company who specializes in Christmas Light Installation for Residential &Commercial properties and is now owned by my new beauty Elizabeth &I.Sometimes you just have to learn the hard way&my journey has been no different.2013 had the makings to be very promising with all of the good press&relationships we were forming. Unfortunately attempting to be a minority restaurant owner&chasing some questionable business ventures with less than honorable partners kinda created some minor setbacks.If you want a job done right, you have to do it yourself so I also help found McKinney Contractors&we're serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area for all of your Roofing and Fencing needs. 2015 I found the one God blessed me with&we both now live to not just breathe life into our own dreams but those of others as well.
