Have also been Production Manager for an outsourcing agreement at a larger bank and insurance company, have had the role of technical sales support to sales division in order to deliver offerings and solutions for Managed Services to a large number of customers in Scandinavia and Sweden.As a consultant he's used to have both the role of advisory and developer thereby helping the customer from idea to actual implementation.The past two years has Patrik worked as Main Process Owner for the Service Operations processes (according to ITIL V3) with the responsibility for design and implementation at one of the larger Telco's in Scandinavia, with more than 6 000 employees.
