I have 25 years of strategic and operational leadership experience within inner city London primary education sector settings, building relationships and working closely with children, families, colleagues, and other professionals in support best possible learning outcomes. I am now seeking to apply my expertise in a new direction, in a role in which I can continue to make a positive difference in the lives of young people. As an experienced safeguarding leader, I am committed to protecting children from abuse, harm, and neglect, while ensuring their health, wellbeing, and human rights. I have a strong and consistent record of driving change and of delivering on service improvement priorities by leading on the formulation of effective, evidence-based development plans, policies, and initiatives.
