Tech Support and System Admin for a small (2 employee) Internet Service Provider. Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day running of the business, including billing, accounts payable, technical support, new customer sales and assistance, software recommendation, configuration and installation in a Windows 95/NT environment, using MS SQL Server, IIS and Emerald. Configure hubs, routers, RADIUS servers, Mail, News and Web Servers as well as dial-in and remote access equipment. Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP. Develop web pages.
