Project focused on Outsourcing in 17 countries and global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) across 67 countries.  Turned around failing Monitor Driven Anti Money-Laundering Program required for 225,000 globally disbursed employees in 12 languages across 63 countries, successfully training and qualifying 107 faculty members and completing all courses with a 99.3% pass rate. Led Transformation Workstream for Largest to Date Global Learning Outsourcing project to transition 228 employees in 17 countries, supporting a sustained run rate of $65M at the anticipated margins.

Developed proactive strategies for M&A activity and investments, leading a global team of more than 780 members. Merged and integrated seven business units to facilitate customer interaction and reduce overall operating expenses. Increased sales revenue by 74% to more than $50M. Restructured services portfolio for 350 consultants and established basis to transform company away from price constrained markets. Led negotiations and acquisition process to merge RWD Technologies with GP Strategies, leading to successful transition for 99% of employees and becoming one of the largest and most successful acquisitions in GP’s history.

Managed a 115-member global business unit with responsibility for establishing and driving the Innovation process to achieve double-digit revenue growth globally. Achieved revenue target of $17M, 30% of the company's revenues with focus on ERP Platform Adoption with major channel coming from SAP. Analyzed and identified new business opportunities for RWD, including new business sectors, new channels, introduction of new portfolio offerings, or redesign of existing ones. Established decision-making process for evaluating potential offerings and determine decision gates before and after product or service launch.

Recruited to restructure and manage the international strategic alliance program, leading eight-member team across the US. Fully responsible for business development, solution development, execution, and client satisfaction. Streamlined alliances from 115 globally down to 45, improving partnership management and facilitating substantive interaction. Drove $8M revenue from delivered business in first 12 months through new relationships and won a $40M+ 5-year opportunity. Created training solutions to support changes in client company environments, including changes to technologies, competencies, and job responsibilities.
