I've just joined a technology start up called Tribuild who are creating software solutions for construction.I'll be helping by bringing my great organizational skills to the team and help them build out the structure for the great growth to come!Mostly around setting up expense policy, travel booking, managing the office, bookkeeping and more to take the admin pressure off the team.

Working for a small team within Oracle I was responsible for the day to day running of the team and supporting them. including:Provide general secretarial / administration support to senior managers & Directors.Customer Order entry, answering and making calls to companies / individuals following up documentation.Arranging meeting facilities, agenda preparation and recording minutes.Coordination of recruitment events.Circulating documents via post and email.Updating & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff.Supporting sales staff.Making appointments and arranging travel and accommodation. File management and updating Excel reports.Maintain and update client files.Prepare presentation folders and Power Point slides.General printing, copying and binding.General Data Entry.

Getting work after graduating.Great experience in working with administration, marketing, and other odd jobs in a great Colorado construction firm.
