Repair, installation, and troubleshooting of all components of the network which include: Firewalls, switches, servers, backup systems, telephone systems, and storage arrays. Other duties include providing help desk and technical support to 500+ employees and Real Estate Agents. Provides training and familiarization to other IT Technicians, employees, and agents of new systems, applications, and policies that are implemented.

Utilize built in test software to isolate malfunctions, repair, and maintain system operational status. Responsible for supporting integration, test, and calibration activities on complex ground/airborne electronics systems on numerous programs. Assisted in the installation of system components. Configured/prepared LRUs and subsystem components for single and multi-thread interface and operation, subsystem pre-operational checks in accordance with applicable engineering documentation; system troubleshooting to box level; identifies subsystem LRU failures and takes appropriate troubleshooting actions to repair, replace, and retest when necessary. Supported software and hardware development integration activities; used several types of test equipment to perform various subsystem and system level troubleshooting and test functions such as: Local Area Network (LAN) Test Devices, Network Analyzer, Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR), Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Frequency Counter, Function Generator/AWGs, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power/Watt Meter, Fiber Optic Test Devices. Advised and assisted in design changes to improve operational capability, equipment efficiency, and reduce cost of operation.

Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair of low voltage AC Drives, medium voltage AC drives, DC drives, solid state soft starters, scheduled drive maintenance, printed circuit board troubleshooting and repair. Performed on-site repair and troubleshooting as well as certified reconditioning of field failed units in shop. Integration and test of PLC systems, from programming and scripting phase to final implementation in final operational product.

Operates and maintains avionics systems. Analyzes equipment operating characteristics to isolate malfunctions in avionics systems, integrated test systems built-in-test (BIT), multiplexed data buss systems, recording systems, fire control systems, video display systems, mission computer systems, inertial navigation systems (INS), primary and secondary flight controls, sensors, communication, and navigation systems, aircraft indicating systems. Removes, installs, checks, and repairs avionics systems and line replaceable units (LRU). Diagnoses malfunctions using technical orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, integrated test systems and other test equipment. Removes, replaces, and repairs faulty system wiring, electrical connectors, antennas, transmission lines, and multiconductor cables. Modifies avionics systems according to technical publications. Updates operational logs, inspection records, aircraft forms, and automated maintenance systems. Uploads ground maintenance and operational software. Inspects and evaluates aircraft maintenance activities. Inspects and verifies operational status and configuration of avionics systems and software. Records and ensures validity of entries into maintenance data collection and inspection systems. Resolves and assists units in solving maintenance and supply problems. Interprets and recommends corrective action to inspectionfindings. Plans, organizes and directs aircraft maintenance activities. Establishes methods and performance standards.
