Most recently, I've been building scalable People functions across a range of SaaS scaleups in the Financial Services, Cyber Security, Education and Insurance industries. I sit on the Board of ImpactEd Group as a Group Non-Executive Director across three businesses units (Evaluation, Consulting and TEP) supporting thousands of education partners across the UK to measure the impact and effectiveness of their work through research, technology and advocacy.In 2021, I was recognized by Yahoo!
