Utilize 20/20 software to enhance sale and build printable renderings and installation plans for contractors.

The IMD Guest House Foundation provides affordable accommodations to serve as a home-away-from-home for patients, families and friends of loved ones receiving medical care from our partner hospitals in the Illinois Medical Distrcit (IMD) area.Responsibilites include; annual giving, foundation research and grant writing for both general and specific IMD Guest House Foundation projects, speacial events management, marketing and communications as well as board development.

Started as partner of this company in March of 1997 with annual sales of $200,000 and grew company with other partners to sales of over $2.4 million by 2004. Sold ownership portion of company to one of the partners and continued with company doing a host of activities from design, installation and sales. Currently, my major responsible focuses on the interaction with our major client doing design review and then creation of a labor bid to share with our customer base. Today annual sales are just under $3.25 M.

Planned, developed and ran capital campaigns for multiple diocesan entities. Facilitated Diocesan schools and parishes serving as "outside" campaign manager responsible for; recruiting & training a leadership team, creation of case statement and production of campaign material. Managed annual multi-million dollar direct mail campaign. Developed individual stewardship plans for parishes throughout the diocese.

Served as Field Executive from 1/82 to 1/88 for the Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Exploring programs, responsible for the recruitment and training of volunteers and for program management consistent with the ideals and principals of the organization. 1/88 to 4/92 promoted to Finance Director with responsibilities to plan, develop and run all aspect of the council's fund raising opportunities; including direct mail, annual giving, corporate giving and planned giving programs.
