The Hobart Statesmen and the William Smith Herons Squash are now firmly ranked among the College Squash Association's top 20 squash programs in the nation. HWS is a combined 77-46 since Coach Pat Cosquer took over the program in 2019 and in 3 seasons with the Statesmen and the Herons, Cosquer has coached 16 Liberty League All-Academic Team Members, 17 All-Conference Performers, 4 Liberty League Rookies of the Year, and 3 Liberty League Conference Performers of the Year. The Hobart Statesmen have steadily climbed the CSA rankings from 34th in Cosquer's first season, to 26th in 2022, where they captured the Conroy Cup (D Division) for the first time since 2012, to a final ranking of 20th in the 2022-2023 campaign, earning Hobart the prestigious Jack Barnaby Award, given to the most improved team in College Squash. In his first season with the Herons, William Smith captured the Liberty League Conference Championship for the first time since 2006 and Cosquer was named Liberty League Women's Squash Coach of the Year. In his second season at the helm, the Herons rose up the rankings from 23rd to 17th, capturing the Walker Cup Trophy (C Division) at CSA Nationals. In the 2022-2023 campaign, the Herons won the Liberty League Title for the second time in the past three seasons, set a program high for wins (18), and finished the season ranked 15th in the final CSA rankings, their highest finish in the program's 25-year history.

The Bates Men's and Women's Squash programs are among the nation's best and most respected and both teams are perennially ranked among the top 20 programs in the nation. Bates is a combined 309-200 since Coach Pat Cosquer took over the program in 2008 and in 11 seasons with the Bobcats, Cosquer has coached 3 All-Americans, 5 NESCAC Rookies of the Year, 4 NESCAC Players of the Year, several 1st and 2nd Team All-NESCAC performers and 1 (two-time) National Individual Champion. In 2010, Cosquer was named both the NESCAC Men's and Women's Coach of the Year and in 2016 he was named NESCAC Men's Co-Coach of the Year.

Founded in September 1999, StreetSquash is an after-school youth enrichment program that combines academic tutoring with squash instruction, community service, and one-on-one mentoring.Working with 140 boys and girls, ages 9 - 18 from Harlem, New York for a seven-year period, the program’s goals are: to improve academic performance; to develop an ethic of hard work and commitment; to boost self-confidence; to increase school attendance.StreetSquash is a 501(c)3 organization.

The Chatham Club boasts one of the strongest Junior programs in the country. Last year over 30 of our 100 Junior athletes achieved a national ranking. Goals reached by our students. The Junior program is open to children ages 6 and up. Classes and semi-private lessons are available after school and on the weekends.
