AC PLC – Manager June 2014 to PresentStansted Airport :- ( £1.5 m Tiling package)June 2015 – Present5000m2 Tiling package incorporating all Airside retail and concourse areas including transfer corridors & toilets, all works undertaken whilst maintaining the operational requirement's of the Client, with emphasis on safety and passenger experience. Holland Green London:- (£4m Joinery and flooring package)March 2015- June 2015Currently overseeing the fit out of bespoke joinery cabinets, Underfloor heating and hardwood flooring including screed works and acoustic floors.Strathclyde university T.I.C building:- (£350,000 roofing package) December 2014 to Feb 2015Package consisting of IKO permaguard M overlay to existing hot melt roof insulation ,ballast and slabs, working around all services and 100 other contractors, this was an extremely frustrating contract in respect that when we started our works all other contractors were to be completed. Not quite how it worked out but we got the job done in the end.Riverside Campus Glasgow:- (£500,000 Roofing Package)September 2014 to March 2015Package consisting of 9 separate roofs, main body of works IKO Permatec Hotmelt with 200mm insulation, slabs and ballast, 1 No roof Tata D100 structural decking with tapered insulation and built up warm felt finish.New South Glasgow Hospital (£11m Flooring screeding and tiling packages)June 2014 to April 2015

Initially working with another manager to close out Level 2 Snags and additional works. After 1 month I took control off the top 4 floors of the project Levels 8 to 11, works package included all aspects off dry lining including shaft wall around risers, acoustic& fire rated partitions, Gypliner System, independent wall linings various deflection head details, movement / expansion Joints and many other bespoke details.The new hospital will have 1109 beds, with each general ward consisting of 28 single bedrooms with en]suite facilities. With each floor having 4 wards, I take great pride in having delivered on a 1st fix basis 448 bedrooms and 2nd fix basis 280 bedrooms including all staff, recreation areas, electrical cupboards etc. (all areas handed over either early or on programme)Above said there was always a great team around me working as equally hard to deliver a quality job with emphasise on client satisfaction and accident free environment.
