As an example, his current team is comprised of staff in Korea, Germany, Malaysia, Columbia, India, Atlanta and Austin delivering SaaS and PaaS products integrated through an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) which presents a unified set of API’s to the client. Also Pat has extensive budget managment experience that includes building technology budgets, managing vendors, contractors and staff. He has been part of several acquisitions, resulting in the integration of technologies and company backed services. With a strong operational background, Pat's general approach to things is to build a plan, get consensus on that plan and then aggressively execute the plan.
