CurrentCustomer Service Representative (part time), LCBOVarious responsibilities, including:-as Ontario wine ambassador devising and implementing programs to promote and increase sales of Ontario wines-based on sales, market trends or customer requirements determine which wines were listed and carried in the store or deleted from inventory-training/educating store employees on various aspects of wines to make them more comfortable in dealing with store customers in a product category with high levels of intrinsic value. this included conducting employee tasting sessions for product training and determining products to be promoted in-store as ‘Staff Picks’-conducting promotional tasting sessions for the public, which also required obtaining smart serve accreditation-assisting store customers determine their wine/alcohol needs and food pairings for events at all levels; from dinner at home to weddings and as gifts for family, friends and business associates-on a regular basis managing the store’s retail operations as shift leader for 5-8 hour periods
