We have extensive experience in the areas of corporate and business dissolution, sales and purchases of partnership interests, real estate exchanges and taxation, long-term healthcare, property tax issues, sales and payroll tax issues, estate planning, tax-exempt entities, year-end business tax planning, and individual tax planning. We also have extensive experience dealing with the particular tax situations that can arise with S corporations. Keeping abreast of new tax law changes is our high priority. We pride ourselves on the proactive services and planning we provide to our clients. Having 13 years' experience in the private sector, we believe we have an advantage that many CPAs who have only worked in public practice do not possess . . . experience with various accounting systems, performing CFO and controller functions, recommending and implementing accounting systems, and training accounting and client personnel.
