Care coordination and thinking outside the box can promote financial responsibility while promoting patients' overall health; I am willing to go the extra mile to achieve both.I am expert in all areas of perioperative nursing, including trauma, tertiary level orthopedics/spine/neurosurgery/etc., endoscopy , and endovascular. I have an awareness of how intraoperative care meshes with total patient care and experience, and regularly initiate quality improvement to assure seamless care and promote healing. I make time for patient/family relationships and coordination of care with other caregivers.I am also passionate about passing on all I've learned to the next generation of caregivers--am known as a good teacher and am often sought out for advice and assistance.
