Moved into the Lead IT Advisor role, managing a team of direct reports consisting of IT advisors and IT business analysts. Key responsibilities are driving Digital Transformation initiatives through Shell’s “Digital Worker” program. This consists of strategic major projects across Connected Worker, Mixed Realities, Digital Twin, IoT Remote Sensing, and key infrastructures upgrades to support the digitalization journey across Shell’s Deepwater offshore assets.

Joined the IT Management team of Shell’s Upstream Gulf of Mexico Deepwater business as an IT Advisor. Responsibilities included: • Implemented a market standard mobile application to all Shell Gulf of Mexico Deck Operators, providing a digital proactive operator monitoring system and driving efficiency by capturing non-instrumented data from the iPad and automatically feeding it back to Shell systems. • Expanding on the Connected Worker value proposition, rolled out Shell’s Point C system for maintaining and executing topsides and subsea operating procedures generating insights to newly captured data and reducing the manhours spent reviewing procedures annually. • Implemented a portfolio solution for hosting and maintaining Shell’s Operator Training Simulators (OTS) consolidating infrastructure, licensing, and enabling a solution that is vendor hosted and remotely accessible from anywhere in the world. This solution is a copy of an offshore production facilities Distributed Control System(DCS) and enable training and competency refresh for Shell’s Control Room Operators and enables Engineers to run simulation scenarios for potential changes and safe operations. • By partnering with the Stones Floating Production Storage & Offloading(FPSO) asset, engineering, marine and our functional partners in Contracts & Procurement we delivered the cheapest and most attractive fiber internet connectivity project Shell will ever have completed globally.

Joined the IT Management team of Shell’s Upstream Global Deepwater business as an IT Analyst. Responsibilities included: • Implemented Connected Worker at all 9 Shell Gulf of Mexico offshore production assets enabling over 600 workers with digital capabilities, involving industrial iPad deployments, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Maintenance Execution application deployments, as well as partnering with our 3rd party 4G LTE provider to implement cellular base stations for topsides internet connectivity. A Shell Gulf of Mexico first, this enabled our asset with real-time and on-demand audio and video collaboration at the job-site. • Leveraging market standard solutions and learnings from healthcare and education, our team generated a Proof-of-Concept for mobile device sharing in the field, that has since been developed as a global service, used internationally at Shell.

Joined the Applications Delivery team of Shell’s Lubricants Supply Chain for the Americas as a Business Analyst. Responsibilities included: • Implemented a shift/overtime planning & management system at Shell’s Houston Lubricants Plant. • Deployed a bolt-on SAP Transportation Management System(TMS) to optimize Shell’s North American Trucking Supply Chain ecosystem. • Managed several application and web-hosting migrations from several 3rd party infrastructure services to Shell’s strategic Azure hosted tenant.

Joined the Business Intelligence (BI) team of BP’s Global Remediation Management (GRM) Function as a Technical Analyst. Responsibilities included:• Ensuring functional artifacts like the requirements traceability matrix or functional design are aligned to SharePoint best practices. • Designed, developed, tested, and implemented key BI tools for GRM’s various departments and stakeholders.• Developed solutions using custom code and scripts for GRM’s Microsoft SharePoint 2010 portal as a Site Collection Administrator. • Supported GRM's migration from an on-prem SharePoint 2010 environment to a SharePoint 2013 environment in Azure.• Create custom SQL code to provide reports for financial analysts. • Tested deliverables across multiple projects in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
