Designed a Wonderware InTouch simulator for GE AeroEnergy that tested the LM2500 turbine software. The software was GE Proficy PACSystems RX3i and Cimplicity HMI for both the turbine controls and balance of plant software. Configured some of the Woodward Atlas GAP fuel controller software for these tests. Also tested the GE Mark VI LM6000 PLC turbine controls software.Designed, programmed and tested (FAT and SAT) a Siemens PCS7 Safety Instrumented System (SIS) for Baker Petrolite. The control system was for an Ethylene Oxide, Propylene Oxide and Formaldehyde Reactor plant.Tested and installed a control system for the North Prairie Power Project near Grande Prairie, Alberta.
