Managed and oversaw entitlements and new development projects from concept to completion. Previously with Shorenstein I worked in Investments Group asset management team in the New York office, executing the strategic vision for the properties in the company's east coast portfolio.

Real estate development adviser to private developers, government agencies, and not-for-profit institutions. Responsibilities included analyzing existing property and assets, performing property highest and best use analyses, assisting in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, implementing strategies for new development, and guiding projects through the entitlement processes. A select list of clients includes: The Archdiocese of New York, Trinity Church, The Chetrit Group, Plumbers Local Union No. 1, The City University of New York (CUNY), The Alliance for Coney Island, and Acadia Realty Trust. Served on the development management team for City Point, a 1.8 million square foot mixed-use development in Downtown Brooklyn, for which WSP was a development partner and overall project coordinator.

Worked in on-site Project Management for core-and-shell office construction. Part of the Project Management team for the construction of 1701 Duke Street, an approximately 200,000 square foot mid-rise building located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Personally oversaw 20 subcontractors, and was in charge of tracking the respective subcontractors' materials, costs, and submittals in order to meet the project schedule and budget.
