Pat’s love of good eats and cleverly crafted cocktails comes second only to his love of America’s pastime, baseball. Having grown up in Colts Neck, New Jersey, Pat lived out his dream to become a Major League Baseball pitcher. As a first-round draft pick, he was selected by the Boston Red Sox and later pitched for the Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Pirates and Seattle Mariners.
