He/she reviews each lead and performs a personal follow-up or distributes it to a sales person.3.Approach every customer contact by phone or email with the objective of setting an appointment. Recommend a face-to-face meeting to complete a thorough needs analysis.4.Keep pricing discussions generic until customers are in the showroom. Talking about a price range is acceptable, but encourage the customer to come in for an appointment so that you may conduct a needs analysis and review pricing on appropriate vehicles based on the customer's needs.
