Responsible for SH&E compliance, training and recordkeeping for four, bulk industrial gas production and distribution facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Locations included two, OSHA PSM/EPA RMP covered facilities. Area distribution activities included Hazardous Materials trucking and rail. Products included Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Helium, Nitrous Oxide and Argon as well as welding, diving and other mixes. Core Responsibilities; Managed day shift personnel and production. Tracked compressed gas cylinder order fulfillment for branch stores. Improved cylinder order fulfilment from ~70% to ~90% in 2 years. Managed the cylinder repair, testing and paint shop.
