Pat McGlinn is an Industry veteran with 40 years of manufacturing expertise and a passion to help his partners improve. With over 37 years at Hallmark Cards, including the leadership roles as Plant Manager in Hallmark Fixture Operations and Production Manager for numerous Hallmark Facilities, he has the knowledge to fuse executive strategy with line production in a way that amplifies performance company wide, specializing in Lean Systems to yield a sustained and disciplined approach to the elimination of waste in the workplace.

McG partners with businesses to eliminate waste through Lean Initiatives. McG associates have combined manufacturing experience of over 90 years. In addition to training in Japan with Toyota, McG associates have conducted countless Lean conversions and Kaizen events for manufacturing and medical businesses. It is our focus to not only help clients improve, but to train customer personnel to continue and sustain improvements.
