Pat W. Mosena, Ph.D. is the President and Founder of Options for Youth, a nonprofit organization that works to increase life options for underserved adolescents. She founded and directs the Subsequent Pregnancy Program (SPP), a home visiting program designed to help adolescent mothers delay a second pregnancy and graduate from high school, and Peer Advocates for Health (PAH), a training and employment program for adolescent males on the south side of Chicago. Mosena previously worked with a population and family planning village-based program in Thailand, and at Argonne National Labs. She taught Population and Development at University of Illinois and the Community and Family Study Center, University of Chicago.
