• Manage a staff of 6-10 Loan Portfolio Analysts responsible for, but not limited to: borrower requests, annual financial analysis, property inspections, new loan audits, internal surveillance reports and customer service to internal and external customers. • Build lender relationships through industry conference attendance, lender visits and habitual conference calls. • Serve on a variety of leadership teams to assist with the formulation and execution of department policies, procedures, projects and strategies.• Perform quality control monitoring to promote accuracy, identify development opportunities and establish consistency. • Serve as a mentor as well as a resource of technical knowledge while developing, training, directing, motivating and assessing the position competency of loan portfolio analysts.• Deliver exceptional customer service to lenders, borrowers, regional offices and other servicing staff. • Administer annual performance reviews for members of my team, providing them with direct feedback.• Assist in the hiring of interns, temps and full time staff by performing formal interviews and providing insightful opinions to executives based on the interview experience.

• Provide an exemplary level of customer service to lenders, borrowers, Northmarq servicing staff and regional production offices.• Review loan documents and complete new loan audit review to ensure accurate system setup.• Monitor open transactions and borrower requests to ensure timely completion.• Prepare borrower request risk mitigation recommendations for lender review.• Provide training and mentoring to less experienced employees as necessary • Assist manager with monitoring team tasks and quality control.• Effectively manage lender and production relationships including limited business travel and industry/company conference attendance.• Analyze annual property financial statements and tenant occupancy reports.• Analyze borrower requests according to lender requirements and company guidelines (lease abstracts, transfers of ownership/assumptions, condemnations/easement, partial release etc.)• Monitor maturing loans and liaise with lenders, borrowers and regional offices to facilitate payoffs, loan extensions and refinances.• Coordinate loan payoff requests between borrower and lender and prepare prepayment calculations for lender approval.• Monitor and collect past due mortgage payments.• Lead procedure committees, bi-annually updating company guidelines for Portfolio Management job responsibilities.
