• Loan Origination - Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process. Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals Review applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine qualification of various loan programs. Explain to customer the different types of loans programs and the terms of those services. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit report, bank statements, and any other documents required; i.e. divorce decree if applicable. Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation. Review with applicant costs and all the specifics of the loan program they choose. Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving mortgage application problems. Update client during the loan process. Review closing documents to verify correctness. Confer with all involved with closing process i.e.: title, underwriter, funders, and client to ensure a smooth closing. Inform client when loan is funded.

I am responsible for procuring all natural gas tools, equipment, crew supplies and PPE necessary to accomplish the gas work we do for Avista.
