I support some of the world’s largest and most complex logistics, supply chain, and reverse/repair operations, through a global network of 30 services centres and an 11,000-strong team of services professionals.I’m currently Senior Vice President and General Manager of Flex Global Services & Solutions, based between Cork and San Jose, California.That means I get to collaborate with some of the world’s biggest brands. I help them design a resilient global supply chain strategy and after market services; then define the operational deployment, so that the strategy works in practice.As supply chains increase in complexity and vulnerability, it is not enough to be incrementally innovative anymore. Helping customers drive value for their customers, and differentiation from their competitors often requires disruption to old ways of doing things and using the latest technology to deliver real-time information.I’ve worked with and learned from, some of the best companies in the world including Teleplan, ModusLink Global Solutions, Ireland & Waltham, MA.US, RR Donnelly, Apple, and Intel Corporation.There is nothing I enjoy more than bringing the deep industry know-how I’ve gained over two decades in this sector, to the most complex supply chain and after-market challenges.
